How do I cancel my order on Roasted & Broasted?
You can cancel your order anytime by calling our number(or by calling the third party with whom you placed your order) and making sure that you have canceled your order within 5 minutes. In the case of a refund, your credited amount will be returned within two days of the cancellation of the order. The refund policy is valid in case you make the payment with the card and cancel the order later on.(In case you placed your order through third party, you agree on the third party terms, conditions and policies)
It’s generally not possible to cancel an order once it’s out for delivery. If the order is dispatched for delivery, you cannot change, cancel, or request a refund.
